Більшість аграрних підприємств займаються вирощуванням соняшнику та озимої пшениці. Особливості вирощування соняшнику викликає багато запитань серед науковців. Основні з яких – виснаження ґрунту. Але, сучасні технології вирощування дозволяють знизити рівень впливу на грунт при вирощуванні даної культури. Більшість науковців сходяться до думки, що переваг у вирощуванні соняшнику більше, і недоліки є незначними. Враховуючи його лідерські позиції по вирощуванні та спірність, соняшник залишається актуальним в працях сучасних науковців-дослідників. Роботу присвячено вивченню теоретичних аспектів, оцінці практичного застосування та визначенню шляхів удосконалення організації обліку витрат та виходу насіння соняшнику, проведенню аналітичного дослідження доцільності його виробництва та реалізації. Sunflower is the main technical crop of Ukraine, which has confidently held leadership positions for many years. The majority of agricultural enterprises are engaged in the cultivation of sunflower and winter wheat. Features of sunflower cultivation cause many questions among scientists. The main ones are soil depletion. However, modern growing technologies make it possible to reduce the level of impact on the soil when growing this crop. Most scientists agree that the advantages of growing sunflower are more, and the disadvantages are insignificant. Considering its leading positions in cultivation and controversy, sunflower remains relevant in the works of modern research scientists. The work is devoted to the study of theoretical aspects, assessment of practical application and determination of ways to improve the organization of accounting for costs and yield of sunflower seeds, conducting an analytical study of the feasibility of its production and sale. popup.nrat_date 2025-11-21 Close
