Це головним чином стосується суттєвого розвитку транснаціональних корпорацій, що активно розвиваються в усіх країнах. В умовах глобалізації зростають вимоги до якості обслуговування споживачів, що викликає необхідність удосконалення системи управління якістю та ефективністю торговельного обслуговування в таких нових формах як міжнародні торговельні транснаціональні корпорації. У зв’язку з цим обрана тема дипломної роботи є актуальною. Мета роботи полягає у дослідженні питань управління розвитком торговельних мереж у світі та Україні. Методи дослідження. У дипломній роботі використано методи аналізу та синтезу; порівняльний аналіз; статистичні та матричні методи, методи декомпозиції та лінійного програмування. Обробка економічних даних здійснювалась з використанням сучасних комп’ютерних програм. Intensification of competition in the market of trade services and strengthening of consumer demands for the quality of services determine the changes taking place in trade. This mainly concerns the significant development of transnational corporations that are actively developing in all countries. In the conditions of globalization, the requirements for the quality of customer service are increasing, which makes it necessary to improve the management system of the quality and efficiency of trade service in such new forms as international trade transnational corporations. In this regard, the chosen topic of the thesis is relevant. The purpose of the work is to study the issues of managing the development of trade networks in the world and in Ukraine. Research methods. The thesis uses methods of analysis and synthesis; comparative analysis; statistical and matrix methods, methods of decomposition and linear programming.
