В.В.Докучаєва з вирощування артишоку для споживання у свіжому та переробленому вигляді в умовах Лісостепу України. Встановлено, що дипломна робота розглядає актуальні аспекти культивування рослини артишок. У роботі детально аналізуються агротехнічні аспекти вирощування артишоку, включаючи вибір сортів, оптимальні умови ґрунту та клімату, а також ефективні методи обробітку і догляду за рослиною. Робота також розглядає проблеми, які можуть виникнути під час вирощування артишоку, такі як хвороби та шкідники, та пропонує методи їхнього контролю та профілактики. Особлива увага приділяється використанню органічних методів обробітку для забезпечення екологічно чистого вирощування артишоку. У роботі робиться акцент на економічних вигодах вирощування артишоку для сільськогосподарських підприємств та фермерських господарств, враховуючи попит на це продукт на ринку. Результати дослідження можуть бути корисними для аграрних фахівців, фермерів та всіх, хто зацікавлений у розширенні асортименту сільськогосподарської продукції та підвищенні її конкурентоспроможності. The results of one-year research in the stationary experiment of the department of fruit and vegetable growing and storage of plant products named after V.V. Dokuchaeva on the cultivation of artichoke for fresh and processed consumption in the conditions of the forest-steppe of Ukraine. It has been established that the thesis examines the actual aspects of artichoke plant cultivation. The paper analyzes in detail the agrotechnical aspects of artichoke cultivation, including the selection of varieties, optimal soil and climate conditions, as well as effective methods of cultivation and plant care. The work also examines problems that may arise during artichoke cultivation, such as diseases and pests, and suggests methods of their control and prevention. Special attention is paid to the use of organic cultivation methods to ensure environmentally friendly artichoke cultivation. The work focuses on the economic benefits of artichoke cultivation for agricultural enterprises and farms, taking into account the demand for this product in the market.
