Розглянуто: зміст понять: «управління», «рослинництво», «структура управління рослинництвом». Визначено особливості функціонування галузі рослинництва на прикладі сільськогосподарського підприємства в умовах агарного менеджменту; проведено аналіз системи управління рослинництвом на об’єкті дослідження, зроблена експертна оцінка системи управління рослинництвом у досліджуваному господарстві; розроблена структура управління галуззю рослинництва для сільськогосподарського підприємства, яка базується на теоретичних засадах операційного менеджменту і характеризує технологічність агротехнологічних операцій; розроблено пропозиції з удосконалення управління галуззю рослинництва для об’єкта дослідження. The work defines the purpose of scientific and practical research, formulates the tasks of its achievement based on a systematic approach to solving the actual production problem of improving management in the field of crop production of an agricultural enterprise. Considered: the content of the concepts: "management", "plant production", "plant production management structure". The peculiarities of the operation of the field of crop production on the example of an agricultural enterprise in the conditions of agricultural management are determined; an analysis of the crop management system at the research object was carried out, an expert assessment of the crop management system in the studied farm was made; the management structure of the crop production branch for the agricultural enterprise was developed, which is based on the theoretical principles of operational management and characterizes the technological efficiency of agro-technological operations; proposals for improving the management of the crop production industry for the research object were developed. popup.nrat_date 2025-11-21 Close
