Актуальність теми кваліфікаційної роботи зумовлена тим комплексом проблем, які існують у роботі з персоналом. Метою дослідження в кваліфікаційній роботі є вивчення методів оцінки персоналу та розробка рекомендацій щодо діяльності персоналу приватного підприємства «Терем». Об’єктом дослідження є діяльність персоналу приватного підприємства.
