Об’єктом дослідження є система управління зайнятістю молоді, заснована на використанні можливостей та потенціалу розвитку людського капіталу. Предметом дослідження є соціально-економічні відносини, що виникають у процесі формування та розвитку управління зайнятістю молоді. У кваліфікаційній (бакалаврській) роботі: У першому розділі опрацьовано теоретичні аспекти управління зайнятістю молоді в контексті забезпечення відтворення людського капіталу. У другому розділі проаналізовано проблеми та перспективи ефективного управління людським капіталом в контексті зростання зайнятості молоді. Значимість дослідження полягає в тому, що воно сприяє розвитку наукової концепції про можливі методологічні підходи до обґрунтування та функціонування механізму управління зайнятістю молоді з використанням потенціалу людського капіталу та формування професійних компетенцій, що відповідають сучасним тенденціям ринку праці. The main goal of the qualification (bachelor's) work is the development of recommendations for youth employment management in the context of using the potential of human capital. The object of the study is the youth employment management system, based on the use of opportunities and the potential of human capital development. The subject of the study is socio-economic relations that arise in the process of formation and development of youth employment management. In the qualification (bachelor's) work: The first chapter elaborates the theoretical aspects of youth employment management in the context of ensuring reproduction of human capital. The second chapter analyzes the problems and prospects of effective management of human capital in the context of the growth of youth employment.
