Об'єктом дослідження – управління імпортною діяльністю, яке функціонує в умовах формуючого ринкового середовища. Методи дослідження. В процесі виконання кваліфікаційної роботи використовувались методи аналізу, синтезу, порівнянь, економіко-статистичні методи збору та обробки інформації. Інформаційною базою слугували вітчизняні та закордонні видання, матеріали преси та фактичні дані щодо діяльності торговельної фірми ТОВ «ТROPIC LTD ». The subject of the study is the theoretical, methodological and practical issues of the process of management decision-making at a trading enterprise - the subject of the FEE, requirements, principles of their formation, implementation and control over the implementation of decisions. The object of the study is the management of import activity, which functions in the conditions of the forming market environment. Research methods. In the course of the qualification work, methods of analysis, synthesis, comparisons, economic and statistical methods of information collection and processing were used.
