Проаналізовано фактори впливу на організаційну культуру підприємства та визначено, що його розвиток безпосередньо пов’язаний з процесом систематичного та цілеспрямованого удосконалення організаційної культури шляхом побудови більш раціональних управлінських структур, регламентування функцій підрозділів, упорядкування у часі та просторі виробничих процесів, створення умов безперебійного функціонування. Сформульовано основні напрями впливу організаційної культури на зовнішнє та внутрішнє середовище функціонування підприємства The qualification paper deals with theoretical management of the process of reproduction of organizational culture. The factors influencing the organizational culture of the enterprise were analyzed and it was determined that its development is directly related to the process of systematic and purposeful improvement of organizational culture through the construction of more rational management structures, regulation of the functions of divisions, ordering of production processes in time and space, creation of conditions for uninterrupted functioning.
