Наукова новизна результатів роботи полягає у у розвитку теоретичних положень та розроблення методичних та практичних рекомендацій щодо оцінки застосування інноваційних методів управління персоналом та ефективності його використання на користь ефективного розвитку підприємства, що відрізняються критеріями ефективного використання персоналу на мікрорівні..
