Однак, зберігання озимого тритікале стикається з низкою викликів, пов'язаних з втратою його фізичних та технологічних властивостей. Погіршення якості зерна під час зберігання впливає на його товарні властивості, знижуючи економічну вигоду та обмежуючи можливості його використання у виробництві продуктів харчування та кормів. Запровадження сучасних технологій зберігання, що враховують особливості озимого тритікале, та дослідження шляхів поліпшення його фізико-технологічних характеристик є актуальними задачами для забезпечення якості та конкурентоспроможності зернової продукції на ринку. Grain crops, particularly winter triticale, play a crucial role in ensuring food security and supporting the development of the agricultural sector. Triticale combines the advantages of wheat and rye, demonstrating high yield and resilience to environmental stress factors, making it a promising crop for expanding cultivated areas. However, the storage of winter triticale faces several challenges related to the degradation of its physical and technological properties. Quality deterioration during storage affects the grain’s marketability, reduces economic profitability, and limits its potential use in food and feed production.
