Методи дослідження: аналіз інформаційних і лісовпорядних матеріалів, чинні методики розрахунку викидів забруднюючих речовин; для обробки результатів досліджень використовували математично-статистичні методи. Наукова новизна: отримано нові дані щодо особливостей заготівлі деревини в лісах Лівобережного Лісостепу, а також обсягів шкідливих викидів. Практичне значення. Результати проведених досліджень сприятимуть удосконаленню ведення господарства в лісах регіону, зокрема в частині заготівлі деревини. The aim of the research is study of volumes wood harvesting in the forests of the branch «Zhovtneve Forestry», as well as determination of amount harmful emissions during of wood harvesting and ways to minimize them. Research methods: аnalysis of forest management and informational materials, current methods of calculating pollutant emissions; mathematical and statistical methods for processing of research results. Scientific novelty: received new data on the characteristics of wood harvesting in the forests of the Left bank Forest Steppe, as well as the amount of harmful emissions. The practical significance.
