Об’єктом дослідження є процес управління удосконаленням системи ведення господарства у сільськогосподарському підприємстві у сучасних умовах господарювання. Предметом дослідження є управлінські, техніко-технологічні та організаційно-економічні аспекти управління удосконаленням системи ведення господарства у сільськогосподарському підприємстві. Наукова новизна результатів дослідження визначається комплексним теоретико-методологічним обґрунтуванням і розробкою практичних рекомендацій щодо управління удосконаленням системи ведення господарства у конкретному сільськогосподарському підприємстві. У першому розділі опрацьовуються теоретичні основи управління удосконаленням системи ведення господарства у сільськогосподарському підприємстві. У другому розділі проводиться організаційно-економічна характеристика ТОВ «Агрофірма «Перше травня» та опрацьовуються управлінські, технікотехнологічні та організаційно-економічні параметри управління удосконаленням системи ведення господарства у сільськогосподарському підприємстві. Висновки містять теоретичні узагальнення та практичні рекомендації, що опрацьовані в основній частині роботи. The purpose of the qualification work is to develop the theoretical and methodological foundations and work out practical recommendations for managing the improvement of the management system in the agricultural enterprise in the conditions of the variability of the external environment. The object of the study is the process of managing the improvement of the management system in an agricultural enterprise in modern economic conditions. The subject of the study is managerial, technical-technological and organizationaleconomic aspects of managing the improvement of the management system in an agricultural enterprise. The scientific novelty of the research results is determined by a complex theoretical and methodological justification and the development of practical recommendations for managing the improvement of the farming system in a specific agricultural enterprise. The first chapter elaborates the theoretical foundations of managing the improvement of the management system in the agricultural enterprise. In the second section, the organizational and economic characteristics of Agrofirma Pershe Mayya LLC are carried out and the management, technical, technological and organizational and economic parameters of managing the improvement of the management system in the agricultural enterprise are worked out.
