Об'єктом дослідження є аграрне підприємство, яке здійснює сільськогосподарську діяльність. Предметом дослідження є структура управління цього підприємства, включаючи організаційну, функціональну та інші аспекти управлінської діяльності. Науковою новизною даного дослідження є пошук та аналіз сучасних підходів та інноваційних методів в управлінні аграрними підприємствами з метою досягнення оптимального функціонування. Під час аналізу було виявлено, що організаційна структура аграрного підприємства має певні недоліки. Наприклад, існує недостатня чіткість у розподілі влади та відповідальності між підрозділами, що може призводити до затримок у вирішенні проблем та втрати часу. Аналіз показав, що деякі процеси управління на аграрному підприємстві потребують оптимізації. Дослідження показало, що сільськогосподарські підприємства все більше звертають увагу на використання інноваційних підходів у сфері управління, таких як агротехнології, екологічно чисте виробництво та соціально відповідальне підприємництво. Ці тенденції відображають загальну стратегію підприємств у забезпеченні сталого розвитку та досягненні конкурентних переваг. Рекомендується активно впроваджувати сучасні інформаційні технології, такі як системи автоматизації обліку та управління, для полегшення рутинних операцій та покращення обробки даних. The purpose of the study is to improve the management structure of the agricultural enterprise in order to achieve optimal functioning. The object of the study is an agricultural enterprise that carries out agricultural activities. The subject of the study is the management structure of this enterprise, including organizational, functional and other aspects of management activity. The scientific novelty of this study is the search and analysis of modern approaches and innovative methods in the management of agricultural enterprises in order to achieve optimal functioning. During the analysis, it was found that the organizational structure of the agricultural enterprise has certain shortcomings. For example, there is a lack of clarity in the division of authority and responsibility between departments, which can lead to delays in solving problems and waste of time. The analysis showed that some management processes at the agricultural enterprise need optimization. The study showed that agricultural enterprises are increasingly paying attention to the use of innovative approaches in the field of management, such as agricultural technologies, ecologically clean production and socially responsible entrepreneurship. These trends reflect the general strategy of enterprises in ensuring sustainable development and achieving competitive advantages.
