Therefore, the topic dedicated to the study of the role of digital technologies in the development of the world economy, which is due to their influence on all aspects of economic life, their ability to change the ways of doing business, promote globalization, influence socio-economic structures and support sustainable development, is modern and relevant. The purpose of the qualification work is to study the specifics of the development and role of digital technologies in the world economy. The object of research is the process of development of digital technologies in the global economy. The subject of research is digital technologies in the global economy. In the qualification work, the theoretical foundations of the study of digital technologies in the economy were considered, and the analysis of the main trends in the development of digital technologies in the world economy was carried out.
