Об'єктом дослідження є бізнес-планування в організації, а предметом — роль бізнес-планування у процесі оцінки ефективності діяльності організації. Задачі дослідження: вивчити теоретичні аспекти бізнес планування та його значення для управління організацією; проаналізувати методи та інструменти використання бізнес-планування для оцінки ефективності діяльності організації; визначити ключові критерії та показники, які використовуються для оцінки результативності бізнес планування; проаналізувати практичний досвід використання бізнес-планів в організаціях та їх вплив на ефективність діяльності; сформулювати рекомендації щодо оптимізації процесу бізнес-планування з метою підвищення ефективності управління організацією. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає в систематизації та аналізі відомих та нових підходів до використання бізнес-планування для оцінки ефективності діяльності організації, а також у розробці практичних рекомендацій з вдосконалення цього процесу з урахуванням сучасних тенденцій у сфері управління. Проведено аналіз теоретичних аспектів бізнес-планування і встановлено, що бізнес-план є стратегічним документом, що визначає мету, цілі та шляхи досягнення успіху підприємства. Було встановлено, що правильно підготовлений та ретельно виконаний бізнес-план може значно підвищити шанси на успіх організації. Він допомагає управлінню визначити стратегічні цілі та ресурси, а також ефективно реагувати на зміни в зовнішньому середовищі. На підставі отриманих результатів був розроблений бізнес-план підприємства, який дозволить реалізувати поставлені цілі. The purpose of the study is to study and analyze the role of business planning in the process of evaluating the effectiveness of the organization's activities. The object of the research is business planning in the organization, and the subject is the role of business planning in the process of evaluating the effectiveness of the organization's activities. Research objectives: to study theoretical aspects of business planning and its importance for organization management; analyze the methods and tools of using business planning to assess the effectiveness of the organization's activities; determine the key criteria and indicators used to evaluate the effectiveness of business planning; to analyze the practical experience of using business plans in organizations and their impact on the effectiveness of activities; formulate recommendations for optimizing the business planning process in order to increase the efficiency of the organization's management. The scientific novelty of the study consists in the systematization and analysis of known and new approaches to the use of business planning to evaluate the effectiveness of the organization, as well as in the development of practical recommendations for improving this process, taking into account modern trends in the field of management. The theoretical aspects of business planning were analyzed and it was established that the business plan is a strategic document that defines the purpose, goals and ways of achieving success of the enterprise. It has been established that a properly prepared and carefully executed business plan can significantly increase the chances of an organization's success. It helps management to determine strategic goals and resources, as well as to respond effectively to changes in the external environment.
