Вплив зовнішніх факторів, таких як економічна нестабільність, політичні ризики, інноваційні технології, а також внутрішні ризики, пов'язані з управлінням ресурсами, виробничими процесами та фінансовими потоками, вимагають ефективної системи ризик-менеджменту. Метою дослідження є розробка теоретичних та практичних рекомендацій щодо ефективного управління ризиками на підприємстві для мінімізації їх негативного впливу, підвищення економічної стійкості та забезпечення конкурентоспроможності в умовах невизначеності. Предметом дослідження є система економічних відносин в сфері управління ризиками підприємства. У роботі розглядаються сутність ризику, його види і причини виникнення, принципи і методи оцінки ризику, прийоми і методи управління ризиками підприємства, проведено оцінку впливу ризиків на діяльність підприємства, виявлено вплив ризику в умовах кризових ситуацій, запропоновано пріоритетні методи нейтралізації фінансових ризиків на підприємстві. Пропозиції та рекомендації, надані в кваліфікаційній роботі надають підприємствам можливість застосовувати методи нейтралізації фінансових ризиків для забезпечення економічної безпеки. In modern conditions of globalization, constant changes in the economic environment and high competition, risk management becomes one of the key components of the successful functioning of any enterprise. The influence of external factors, such as economic instability, political risks, innovative technologies, as well as internal risks related to resource management, production processes and financial flows, require an effective risk management system. The purpose of the study is to develop theoretical and practical recommendations for effective risk management at the enterprise to minimize their negative impact, increase economic stability and ensure competitiveness in conditions of uncertainty. The subject of the study is the system of economic relations in the field of enterprise risk management. The work examines the essence of risk, its types and causes, principles and methods of risk assessment, techniques and methods of enterprise risk management, an assessment of the impact of risks on the enterprise's activities is carried out, the impact of risk in crisis situations is revealed, and priority methods of neutralizing financial risks at the enterprise are proposed.
