Розглянуто поняття «інновації», їх класифікацію, джерела виникнення та особливості впровадження в індустрії гостинності. Проаналізовано інвестиційне середовище України та Тернопільської області.У другому розділі представлено загальну характеристику об’єкта дослідження, проведено аналіз фінансово-господарської діяльності підприємства. На основі отриманих даних здійснено SWOT-аналіз та сформульовано стратегічні завдання. Третій розділ містить пропозиції щодо впровадження інноваційних підходів у сфері гостинності, розроблені на основі результатів дослідження. Проведено оцінку ефективності запропонованих заходів.У четвертому розділі детально описано систему охорони праці, функціонування відповідних служб та заходи з протипожежної безпеки на об’єкті дослідження A theoretical review of the foundations of the hospitality industry was carried out, based on the research of Ukrainian and foreign scientists. The concept of "innovation", its classification, sources of origin and features of implementation in the hospitality industry were considered. The investment environment of Ukraine and the Ternopil region was analyzed. The second section presents a general characteristic of the research object, an analysis of the financial and economic activities of the enterprise was conducted. Based on the data obtained, a SWOT analysis was carried out and strategic objectives were formulated. The third section contains proposals for the implementation of innovative approaches in the hospitality sector, developed based on the research results. The effectiveness of the proposed measures was assessed.
