Це підвищує актуальність формування та реалізації антикризового управління на підприємстві. Метою роботи є обґрунтування методичних і практичних рекомендацій здійснення антикризового управління підприємством в сучасних умовах. Об’єктом кваліфікаційної роботи є процес управління підприємством. Предметом дослідження є теоретичні засади та практичний інструментарій антикризового управління підприємства. У роботі розглянуто теоретичні положення антикризового управління підприємством, проведено оцінку кризового стану підприємства, розроблено пропозиції щодо удосконалення антикризового управління підприємством. Практична цінність кваліфікаційної роботи полягає в тому, що розроблені пропозиції з визначення антикризової стратегії можуть бути використані в діяльності підприємств In modern conditions of instability and threats, enterprises are faced with the problem of rapid adaptation of strategy and tactics to changes while maintaining performance and development indicators. The purpose of the work is to substantiate methodological and practical recommendations for implementing anti-crisis management of the enterprise in modern conditions. The object of the qualification work is the process of enterprise management. The subject of the study is the theoretical foundations and practical tools of anti-crisis management of the enterprise. The work considers the theoretical provisions of anti-crisis management of the enterprise, assesses the crisis state of the enterprise, and develops proposals for improving anti-crisis management of the enterprise.
