Об’єктом дослідження є процес реінжинірингу бізнес-процесів в підприємстві, що включає всі аспекти аналізу, планування, впровадження та контролю за змінами в бізнес-процесах, що мають на меті радикальне поліпшення їх ефективності. Предметом дослідження є методи і інструменти контролінгу, які застосовуються у процесі реінжинірингу бізнес-процесів; зокрема, дослідження зосереджується на аналізі того, як контролінг може сприяти плануванню, моніторингу, вимірюванню та оцінці впровадження інноваційних підходів до переосмислення та оптимізації ключових бізнес-процесів в підприємстві. У кваліфікаційній (бакалаврській) роботі: У першому розділі опрацьовано теоретичні аспекти реінжинірингу бізнес процесів. У другому розділі запропоновано шляхи оптимізації інструментів контролінгу для реінжинірингу бізнес-процесів. Результати дослідження створюють базу для впровадження у практику реінжинірингу бізнес-процесів інструментів системи контролінгу, що дозволить проводити постійні вдосконалення в підприємстві та здійснювати своєчасний моніторинг ситуації. The main goal of the qualification (bachelor's) work is the development and substantiation of innovative approaches to reengineering business processes using controlling tools, aimed at improving management efficiency and strengthening the company's competitive position in the market environment. The object of research is the process of reengineering business processes in the enterprise, which includes all aspects of analysis, planning, implementation and control of changes in business processes aimed at radically improving their efficiency. The subject of the study is the methods and tools of controlling, which are used in the process of reengineering business processes; in particular, the study focuses on the analysis of how controlling can contribute to the planning, monitoring, measurement and evaluation of the implementation of innovative approaches to the rethinking and optimization of key business processes in the enterprise. In the qualifying (bachelor's) work: In the first chapter, the theoretical aspects of business process reengineering are elaborated. The second chapter offers ways to optimize controlling tools for business process reengineering.
