В умовах непередбачуваних погодних умов та змін клімату, ефективність процесу сушіння зерна стає критично важливою для збереження його якості та вартості. Недостатня сушка може спричинити втрати врожаю через розвиток грибків та плісняви, а також погіршення якості зерна. Однак, застосування сучасних технологій та реконструкція існуючих зерносушарок дозволить підвищити їхню продуктивність, забезпечуючи швидке та ефективне видалення надлишкової вологи зі збереженням високої якості продукту. Таке вдосконалення інфраструктури зберігання зерна буде не лише ключовим для підтримки стабільності в агросекторі, але й важливим елементом стратегії забезпечення продовольчої безпеки та підвищення ефективності агропромислового виробництва. The reconstruction of the grain drying department of the granary is of primary importance for the modern agro-industrial sector. In the conditions of unpredictable weather conditions and climate changes, the efficiency of the grain drying process becomes critical for preserving its quality and value. Insufficient drying can cause crop losses due to the development of fungi and mold, as well as deterioration of grain quality. However, the application of modern technologies and the reconstruction of existing grain dryers will allow to increase their productivity, ensuring quick and effective removal of excess moisture while maintaining high product quality.
