У роботі розглядаються сутність поняття «імідж», складники професійного іміджу, функції реалізації сукупності педагогічних умов, зокрема умов внутрішнього та зовнішнього впливу для формування іміджу. Автор аналізує специфіку, розкрити структуру й особливості формування у педагогів позитивної мотивації до власного іміджу. Авторка дослідження аналізує зовнішній, внутрішній та діяльнісний компоненти структури іміджу майбутнього педагога, встановити форми, методи та засоби активізація творчої діяльності для формування іміджу педагога. Результати дослідження свідчать про можливість професійного й особистісного формування іміджу педагога, підвищення їхньої професійної і загальної культури, набуття авторитету і розвитку творчої особистості майбутнього фахівця. The thesis is devoted to the problem of image formation of future teachers of higher education institutions in order to improve the quality of education and training of highly qualified specialists. The work examines the essence of the concept of "image", the components of a professional image, the functions of implementing a set of pedagogical conditions, in particular the conditions of internal and external influence for the formation of an image. The author analyzes the specifics, reveals the structure and peculiarities of the formation of positive motivation for self-image among teachers. The author of the study analyzes the external, internal and activity components of the structure of the image of the future teacher, establishes the forms, methods and means of activation of creative activity to form the image of the teacher.
