Об’єктом дослідження є процес управління масштабуванням бізнесу в сучасних компаніях. Предметом дослідження є теоретичні та практичні підходи до удосконалення стратегії масштабування бізнесу в компанії «Аврора». У кваліфікаційній (бакалаврській) роботі: У першому розділі вивчено сутність поняття «масштабування бізнесу»; визначено особливості розробки та реалізації стратегії масштабування бізнесу; проаналізовано досвід управління масштабуванням бізнесу в сучасних компаніях. У другому розділі сформовано загальну характеристику компанії «Аврора»; проведено організаційно-економічний аналіз процесів розвитку компанії «Аврора» і ТОВ «Вигідна покупка»; розроблено пропозиції щодо удосконалення стратегії масштабування бізнесу в компанії «Аврора» The main goal of the qualification (bachelor's) work is the development of theoretical and practical provisions regarding the improvement of the business scaling strategy in modern companies. The object of research is the process of managing business scaling in modern companies. The subject of the study is theoretical and practical approaches to improving the business scaling strategy in the Aurora company. In the qualification (bachelor's) work: The first chapter examines the essence of the concept of "business scaling"; the specifics of the development and implementation of the business scaling strategy are determined; the experience of managing business scaling in modern companies is analyzed. In the second section, the general characteristics of the company "Aurora" are formed; an organizational and economic analysis of the development processes of the company "Aurora" and LLC "Vygdyna Purcha" was carried out; proposals for improving the business scaling strategy at the Aurora company were developed. popup.nrat_date 2025-11-21 Close
