The graduation thesis was completed at the Department of Biotechnology, Molecular Biology and Aquatic Bioresources on 50 pages of computer text, contains 2 tables, 13 figures, 76 sources of used literature. The aim of the thesis is to determine the potential of a closed aquaculture system for sustainable cultivation and reproduction of Astacus leptodactylus crayfish. To solve the goal, the tasks were set: 1. Effectiveness of narrow-mouthed crayfish breeding in closed water supply units of UZV. 2. Narrow-cut crayfish in polyculture. 3.
