Об’єктом дослідження кваліфікаційної роботи є безпосередньо процес управління конкурентоспроможністю як основи забезпечення стійкої конкурентної позиції підприємства за динамічних ринкових умов. Предметом дослідження є теоретико-методологічні засади і прикладні методи забезпечення управління конкурентоспроможністю підприємств. Кваліфікаційна робота складається зі вступу, двох розділів, висновків, списку використаних джерел. У першому розділі досліджено основні теоретичні засади управління конкурентоспроможністю підприємств. У другому розділі наведена характеристика діяльності АТ «Трест Житлобуд-1», проведений аналіз основних показників діяльності, визначено рівень конкурентоспроможності підприємства. Висновки. Сучасний стан економіки країни дуже складний. Більшість вітчизняних підприємств зазнають величезних збитків або припиняють свою роботу. Незважаючи на погані умови ведення бізнесу, будівельні підприємства намагаються продовжувати працювати. У цьому сценарії конкуренція є жорсткою. Щоб підприємство вижило, воно повинно враховувати багато факторів, які впливають на його ефективність. The main goal of the qualification work is the improvement and systematization of theoretical, methodological and methodical provisions regarding the management of the enterprise's competitiveness. The object of research of the qualification work is directly the process of managing competitiveness as the basis for ensuring a stable competitive position of the enterprise under dynamic market conditions. The subject of the study is the theoretical and methodological principles and applied methods of ensuring the management of the competitiveness of enterprises. The qualification work consists of an introduction, two sections, conclusions, and a list of used sources. The first chapter examines the main theoretical principles of enterprise competitiveness management. In the second section, the characteristics of JSC "Trest Zhitlobud-1" JSC are given, the analysis of the main performance indicators is carried out, and the level of competitiveness of the enterprise is determined. Conclusions. The current state of the country's economy is very difficult. Most domestic enterprises suffer huge losses or stop their work. Despite the bad business conditions, construction companies are trying to continue working. In this scenario, competition is fierce.
