The bachelor's thesis is devoted to the development of a technological process for the manufacture of a power take-off shaft coupling for the FOTON 244 mini-tractor and the service purpose of the part. The accuracy parameters of the part are analysed. The constructional materials for manufacturing are characterised. The type of production is determined. Testing for manufacturability was carried out. The existing manufacturing processes are analysed. The route for surface treatment of the component part of the assembly is developed. The allowances and operating dimensions are determined. Technological equipment is proposed and calculated. The economic efficiency of the blank production is determined. Lighting is calculated.
