Зроблено теоретичне обґрунтування проблеми дослідження, проаналізовано стан та сучасні тенденції системи комплексної реабілітації військовослужбовців-учасників бойових дій на прикладі Комунального некомерційного підприємства Харківської обласної ради «Обласний туберкульозний санаторій «Ріпки» Богодухівського району Харківської області. Визначено напрями удосконалення системи реабілітації військовослужбовців, які передбачають: впровадження матричної структури управління із спеціалізованими лікувальними та профілактичними підрозділами; регламентація функцій організаційно-технологічного керівництва лікувально-оздоровчих закладів (по галузі лікування та профілактиці здоров’я) і адміністративного управління (по підрозділам); формування кадрового потенціалу галузі охорони здоров’я через активний процес навчання, набуття практичного досвіду та підвищення кваліфікації. The qualification paper presents the results of scientific and practical research on improving the management of the rehabilitation system and restoring the health of military personnel in medical and health facilities. The theoretical substantiation of the research problem was made, the state and modern trends of the system of complex rehabilitation of servicemen participating in hostilities were analyzed on the example of the Communal non-commercial enterprise of the Kharkiv Regional Council "Regional Tuberculosis Sanatorium "Ripka" of the Bogodukhiv District of the Kharkiv Region. The directions for improving the system of rehabilitation of military personnel have been determined, which include: the introduction of a matrix management structure with specialized medical and preventive units; regulation of the functions of the organizational and technological management of medical and health facilities (in the field of health treatment and prevention) and administrative management (in divisions); formation of the personnel potential of the health care industry through an active process of learning, gaining practical experience and improving qualifications. popup.nrat_date 2025-11-21 Close
