Об’єктом дослідження є процес управління інноваційним розвитком у сфері елітного насінництва в умовах нестабільності зовнішнього середовища. Предметом дослідження є сукупність управлінських, техніко технологічних та організаційно-економічних складових управління інноваційним розвитком елітного насінництва у сільськогосподарському підприємстві. Наукова новизна результатів роботи полягає у комплексному теоретичному узагальненні та розробці практичних рекомендацій щодо удосконалення управління елітним насінництвом у сільськогосподарському підприємстві з урахуванням наявних природних та організаційно-економічних можливостей господарства та стану зовнішнього макроекономічного середовища. У кваліфікаційній (магістерській) роботі: У першому розділі опрацьовуються теоретичні основи інноваційного менеджменту та управління елітним насінництвом в Україні. Визначається роль інновацій в елітному насінництві та їх вплив на загальну продуктивність галузі рослинництва. У другому розділі проводиться загальна організаційно-економічна характеристика галузі елітного насінництва в Україні та в Інституті рослинництва ім. В.Я. Юр’єва НААН України. У третьому розділі розробляються практичні рекомендації щодо управління елітним насінництвом з урахуванням наявних природних та організаційно-економічних можливостей сільськогосподарського підприємства. Висновки містять теоретичні узагальнення, висновки і практичні рекомендації, що опрацьовані в основній частині роботи The purpose of the study is to develop theoretical foundations and practical recommendations for managing the innovative development of elite seed production to increase the efficiency and competitiveness of agro-industrial enterprises. The object of the study is the process of managing innovative development in the field of elite seed production in conditions of instability of the external environment. The subject of the study is a set of managerial, technical-technological and organizational-economic components of managing the innovative development of elite seed production in an agricultural enterprise. The scientific novelty of the work results lies in the comprehensive theoretical generalization and development of practical recommendations for improving the management of elite seed production in the agricultural enterprise, taking into account the existing natural and organizational and economic capabilities of the farm and the state of the external macroeconomic environment. In the qualification (master’s) work: The first chapter elaborates the theoretical foundations of innovative management and management of elite seed production in Ukraine. The role of innovations in elite seed production and their impact on the overall productivity of the crop industry is determined. In the second section, the general organizational and economic characteristics of the field of elite seed production in Ukraine and at the Plant Breeding Institute named after V.Ya. Yuryev of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. In the third section, practical recommendations for the management of elite seed production are developed, taking into account the existing natural and organizational and economic capabilities of the agricultural enterprise.
