Дана оцінка рівню конкурентоспроможності ГРК «Avalon Palace». Визначені інструменти підвищення конкурентоспроможності підприємницьких структур готельно-ресторанного бізнесу. Розроблено концепцію проекту з впровадження нової послуги ГРК «Avalon Palace» з метою підвищення його конкурентних позицій на ринку. Економічно обґрунтувано доцільность запропонованого проекту з відкриття косметологічного кабінету у ГРК «Avalon Palace». The qualification work is devoted to theoretical research and development of practical recommendations for increasing the competitiveness of the hotel and restaurant business. During the qualification work, the general characteristics of the "Avalon Palace" HRC are given. The state of activity of the researched institution was analyzed. The assessment of the level of competitiveness of the "Avalon Palace" HRC is given. Tools for increasing the competitiveness of entrepreneurial structures of the hotel and restaurant business have been identified. The concept of the project for the implementation of the new service of the "Avalon Palace" HRC was developed in order to increase its competitive position on the market.
