Це вимагає ефективного стратегічного планування та адаптації до умов ринку для забезпечення довготривалої стійкості та зростання. Метою дослідження є обґрунтування теоретичних засад та розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо ефективного стратегічного управління розвитком підприємства в умовах динамічних змін ринкового середовища. Предметом дослідження є система економічних відносин в сфері стратегічного управління розвитком підприємства. У роботі розглядаються концепція та особливості стратегічного управління розвитком підприємства, методологія стратегічного управління та напрямки розвитку підприємства, проведено діагностику зовнішнього середовища підприємства на основі SWОТ та РЕSТ- аналізів, досліджено рівень конкурентоспроможності підприємства та його конкурентних переваг, розроблено основні напрями та функціональні стратегії розвитку підприємства. The subject of the study is the system of economic relations in the field of strategic management of enterprise development. The work examines the concept and features of strategic management of enterprise development, the methodology of strategic management and directions of enterprise development, the diagnosis of the enterprise's external environment based on SWOT and REST analyzes is carried out, the level of competitiveness of the enterprise and its competitive advantages are investigated, the main directions and functional strategies of enterprise development are developed.
