Об`єктом дослідження є сутність організаційно-економічної діяльності підприємств туристичної індустрії і шляхи її удосконалення. Предметом дослідження є теоретико-методичні основи сутності організаційно-економічної діяльності підприємств туристичної індустрії і шляхи її удосконалення. Проведене дослідження засноване на офіційній інформації, що публікується міжнародними організаціями: Всесвітньої туристської організації (UNWTO), Всесвітньої ради з туризму та подорожей (WTTC). Висновки. Наукову цінність даної роботи складає сукупність результатів теоретико-методологічного та практичного характеру: вивчено організаційно-економічні засади функціонування сфери готельних послуг туристської дестинації: системний підхід; вивчено і досліджено ключові тренди, значущі для майбутнього туризму: зміни в аудиторії мандрівника, зміна структури попиту на туристичні продукти; досліджено сутність туристичних послуг: поняття, види та особливості; вивчено передумови трансформації шляху сучасного споживача туристичних послуг у фіджитал середовищі: організація системи взаємодії туристичного бізнесу з клієнтами; досліджено організаційно-економічні засади адаптації туризму до кризових умов; досліджено сутність трансформації туристичного бізнесу та територіальної сфери послуг; обґрунтовано необхідність і передумови розширення спектра туристичних послуг активно-пізнавальної спрямованості як напрямок розвитку регіонального туризму. The purpose of the research is the systematization of theoretical provisions, the analysis of the dynamics and development trends of the organizational and economic activity of the enterprises of the tourism industry and the ways of its improvement. The object of the research is the essence of the organizational and economic activity of the enterprises of the tourism industry and the ways of its improvement. The subject of the study is the theoretical and methodological basis of the essence of the organizational and economic activity of the enterprises of the tourism industry and ways of its improvement. The conducted research is based on official information published by international organizations: the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO), the World Travel and Tourism Council (WTTC). Conclusions. The scientific value of this work is a set of results of a theoretical, methodological and practical nature: the organizational and economic principles of the functioning of the field of hotel services of a tourist destination have been studied: a systematic approach; key trends significant for the future of tourism were studied and researched: changes in the traveler audience, changes in the structure of demand for tourist products; the essence of tourist services: concepts, types and features; the prerequisites of the transformation of the path of the modern consumer of tourist services in the digital environment were studied: the organization of the system of interaction of the tourist business with customers; the organizational and economic principles of tourism adaptation to crisis conditions were investigated; the essence of the transformation of the tourist business and the territorial sphere of services was investigated; the need and prerequisites for expanding the range of active-cognitive tourist services as a direction of regional tourism development are justified. popup.nrat_date 2025-11-21 Close
