Під час виконання кваліфікаційної роботи проаналізовано стан розвитку готельно-ресторанної справи у світі та в Україні; досліджено світові стандарти в готельному бізнесі та адаптацію українського ринку. Разом із цим, науково обґрунтовано та проведено аналіз сучасних умов діяльності готельно-ресторанного бізнесу та факторів, що впливають на конкурентоспроможність; досліджено та проаналізовано господарську діяльність та ефективність функціонування готельно-ресторанного підприємства. Також розроблено та представлено рекомендації щодо модернізації способів, методів та форм діяльності досліджуваного підприємства. The qualification work is devoted to the modernization of the conditions, methods and forms of activity of enterprises of the hotel and restaurant industry. During the qualification work, the state of development of the hotel and restaurant business in the world and in Ukraine was analyzed; world standards in the hotel business and adaptation of the Ukrainian market were studied. At the same time, an analysis of the modern conditions of the hotel and restaurant business and factors affecting competitiveness was scientifically substantiated and conducted; the economic activity and efficiency of the hotel and restaurant enterprise were studied and analyzed.
