Об’єктом дослідження є процес управління стратегічним розвитком сучасних компаній. Предметом дослідження є теоретичні та практичні підходи до процесів управління стратегічним розвитком компанії «EVA». У кваліфікаційній (бакалаврській) роботі: У першому розділі вивчено сутність понять «стратегічний розвиток підприємства», «управління стратегічним розвитком підприємства»; сформовано концепцію управління стратегічним розвитком підприємства; вивчено досвід сучасних компанії щодо управління стратегічним розвитком. У другому розділі складено загальну характеристику компанії EVA; проведено організаційно-економічний аналіз процесів стратегічного розвитку компанії EVA та її операційної компанії ТОВ «РУШ»; розроблено пропозиції щодо удосконалення напрямів стратегічного розвитку компанії EVA. The main goal of the qualification (bachelor's) work is to improve the theoretical and practical provisions regarding the management of the company's strategic development. The object of the study is the process of managing the strategic development of modern companies. The subject of the study is theoretical and practical approaches to the processes of managing the strategic development of the company "EVA". In the qualification (bachelor's) work: In the first chapter, the essence of the concepts "strategic development of the enterprise", "management of strategic development of the enterprise" are studied; the concept of managing the strategic development of the enterprise are formed; the experience of modern companies in managing strategic development is studied.
