Об’єктом дослідження є процес управління стартап-проєктами в бізнесі. Предметом дослідження є теоретичні та практичні підходи до процесів управління стартап-проєктами в бізнесі. У кваліфікаційній (бакалаврській) роботі: У першому розділі всебічно вивчено сутність поняття «стартап» за підходами науковців та практиків; систематизовано класифікацію стартапів; охарактеризовано етапи розробки та реалізації стартапів; визначено особливості управління стартапами відповідно до стадій їх розвитку. У другому розділі проаналізовано стан та тенденції розвитку стартапіндустрії в світі та в Україні; проведено порівняльний аналіз українських стартапів-лідерів; розроблено напрями розвитку стартап-індустрії в Україні. The main goal of the qualification (bachelor's) work is to improve the theoretical and practical provisions regarding the management of start-up projects in business. The object of research is the process of managing start-up projects in business. The subject of the study is theoretical and practical approaches to the processes of managing startup projects in business. In the qualification (bachelor's) work: In the first chapter, the essence of the concept of "startup" is comprehensively studied according to the approaches of scientists and practitioners; the classification of startups is systematized; the stages of development and implementation of startups are characterized; the specifics of startup management are defined according to the stages of their development. The second chapter analyzes the state and development trends of the startup industry in the world and in Ukraine; a comparative analysis of leading Ukrainian startups are conducted; directions for the development of the startup industry in Ukraine are developed. popup.nrat_date 2025-11-21 Close
