Отже управління дебіторською заборгованістю є актуальною проблемою управління бізнесом в цілому. В роботі розглянуто теоретичні аспекти управління дебіторською заборгованістю; проведено аналіз стану та ефективності управління дебіторською заборгованістю виробничого підприємства, а також визначені напрямки вдосконалення управління дебіторською заборгованістю підприємства. Пропозиції та рекомендації, що подані в роботі, дозволять підприємствам самостійно надавати економічне обґрунтування необхідності запровадження нових політик та процедур управління дебіторською заборгованістю, а також знаходити шляхи підвищення ефективності управління дебіторською заборгованістю. Сформульовані в кваліфікаційній роботі теоретичні узагальнення та практичні рекомендації спрямовані на процес управління дебіторською заборгованістю на виробничому підприємстві Without a sufficient amount of cash, the enterprise faces the problems of investing in expansion, modernization and maintenance of operational activities at an appropriate level. Therefore, management of receivables is an urgent problem of business management as a whole. Theoretical aspects of receivables management are considered in the work; an analysis of the state and effectiveness of the management of the receivables of the production enterprise was carried out, as well as the directions for improving the management of the receivables of the enterprise were determined. The proposals and recommendations presented in the work will allow enterprises to independently provide an economic justification for the need to introduce new policies and procedures for managing receivables, as well as find ways to improve the effectiveness of managing receivables.
