Об’єктом дослідження є процес мотивації та стимулювання праці в системі управління підприємством. Предметом дослідження є теоретичні та практичні аспекти мотивації і стимулювання праці, а також методи вдосконалення системи управління трудовими ресурсами в підприємстві. У кваліфікаційній (бакалаврській) роботі: У першому розділі вивчено теоретичні засади мотивації та стимулювання праці в системі управління. У другому розділі проаналізовано сучасний стан та опрацьовано стратегічні напрями вдосконалення системи мотивації і стимулювання праці. Теоретичною та методичною базою дослідження є праці українських і зарубіжних науковців, які досліджують питання стимулювання та оплати праці; періодичні видання; ресурси глобальної інформаційної мережі Internet, а також матеріали власних досліджень авторки. У ході дослідження використовувалися монографічний, аналітичний, абстрактно-логічний, розрахунково-конструктивний, економіко-статистичний методи. The main goal of the qualification (bachelor's) work is to study the theoretical and practical aspects of motivation and stimulation of work in the enterprise management system, as well as the development of strategic directions for improving the existing methods of motivation and stimulation of employees in the conditions of martial law. The object of the study is the process of motivation and stimulation of work in the enterprise management system. The subject of the research is theoretical and practical aspects of motivation and stimulation of work, as well as methods of improving the labor resources management system in the enterprise. In the qualifying (bachelor's) work: In the first chapter, the theoretical principles of motivation and stimulation of work in the management system are studied. In the second chapter, the current state is analyzed and strategic directions for improving the system of motivation and labor stimulation are worked out. The theoretical and methodological basis of the research is the work of Ukrainian and foreign scientists who research the issue of incentives and remuneration; periodicals; resources of the global Internet information network, as well as materials of the author's own research.
