Міграційні процеси є важливим чинником у формуванні ринку праці. Міжнародна міграція робочої сили дозволяє країнам-реципієнтам компенсувати дефіцит робочої сили, підвищуючи економічну конкурентоспроможність. У кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено теоретичні засади міжнародної міграції робочої сили, історичні передумови міграційних процесів та визначено ключові фактори, що впливають на міжнародну міграцію робочої сили; проаналізовано специфіку соціально-економічних аспектів міжнародної міграції робочої сили, вплив війни на ці процеси, а також формування нових міграційних потоків та центрів тяжіння. Окрему увагу приділено ролі міжнародних організацій у регулюванні та контролюванні цього процесу та оцінці умов легалізації та формулюванню перспективних напрямків розвитку міжнародної міграції робочої сили. Визначена важливість створення прозорої міграційної політики, яка враховує як потреби ринку праці країн-реципієнтів і країн-джерел міграції. Наголошено на вдосконаленні системи соціального-правового захисту та впровадженні програм інтеграції, які допоможуть мігрантам адаптуватися і стати активними учасниками приймаючого суспільства, що актуально для українських мігрантів сьогодні. International labor migration is one of the most important phenomena of the modern globalized economy, which significantly affects the socio-economic development of countries. Migration processes are an important factor in the formation of the labor market. International labor migration allows recipient countries to compensate for labor shortages, increasing economic competitiveness. The qualification work examines the theoretical foundations of international labor migration, the historical prerequisites of migration processes, and identifies the key factors affecting international labor migration; the specifics of socio-economic aspects of international labor migration, the impact of war on these processes, as well as the formation of new migration flows and centers of gravity are analyzed. Particular attention is paid to the role of international organizations in regulating and controlling this process and assessing the conditions of legalization and formulating promising directions for the development of international labor migration. The importance of creating a transparent migration policy that takes into account both the needs of the labor market of the recipient countries and the source countries of migration is determined. The emphasis is on improving the system of social and legal protection and implementing integration programs that will help migrants adapt and become active participants in the host society, which is relevant for Ukrainian migrants today. popup.nrat_date 2025-11-21 Close
