The main purpose of the qualification work is to substantiate the theoretical and methodological provisions and practical recommendations for the formation and implementation of organizational and economic measures to increase the competitiveness of enterprises of the meat product subcomplex in the target markets. The object of the research is the activity of enterprises of the meat product subcomplex in the target market, economic relations, factors, processes and phenomena that ensure their competitiveness.
