Ефективність управління грошовими потоками впливає на кінцевий результат фінансово-господарської діяльності підприємства, сприяє зменшенню обсягу залучення позикового капіталу. Облік як функція управління має безперервно, своєчасно та повною мірою генерувати інформацію про надходження та витрачання коштів у регістрах обліку та звітності. За результатами аналізу надходжень, витрачань грошових коштів та ефективності їх використання керівництво підприємства та його ділові партнери вносять корегування у стратегію свого розвитку. Дана робота присвячена критичній оцінці діючої методики і практики обліку та аналізу грошових потоків підприємства. The activity of any enterprise is connected with continuous cyclical movement of funds. The effectiveness of cash flow management affects the final result of the enterprise's financial and economic activity, contributes to the reduction of the amount of borrowing capital. Accounting as a management function must continuously, timely and fully generate information on the receipt and expenditure of funds in accounting and reporting registers. Based on the results of the analysis of income, expenditure of funds and the effectiveness of their use, the management of the enterprise and its business partners make adjustments to their development strategy.
