Розроблено рекомендації щодо шляхів активізації функціонування підприємств готельного господарства, щодо вибору пріоритетів післявоєнного розвитку готельного господарства України. The qualification work is devoted to the basics of effective development and functioning of the hotel and restaurant business in competitive conditions. During the qualification work, the features of the functioning of hotel enterprises in competitive conditions were summarized; modern scientific concepts regarding the directions of the hotel business were outlined; modern trends in domestic and foreign development of the hospitality industry were established; vectors for activating the functioning of hotel enterprises were determined; possible priorities of the hotel business were developed.
