Аграрна галузь, завдяки низці факторів, залишається однією з найперспективніших галузей вітчизняної економіки. Серед основних переваг можна виділити: великий обсяг сільськогосподарських земель, кваліфіковану робочу силу, сприятливі природні умови, якісний родючий ґрунт, державна підтримка аграріїв, які надають українському агробізнесу значну конкурентну перевагу. Одне з перших місць за значенням для економіки країни посідає зернова галузь, яка зважаючи на події останніх років, опинилася в достатньо складному становищі. Суб’єктам підприємництва дуже потрібна державна підтримка, налагодження логістики, розмінування полів та підвищення якості ґрунтів. Підприємства зернової галузі займаються вирощуванням зернових культур. При цьому дуже важливе значення при провадженні діяльності мають витрати, які в зерновій галузі поділяються на окремі види: на підготовку полів, посів, удобрення, збирання та транспортування і доведення до належного для реалізації стану. Разом з тим, будь-яка діяльність неможлива без належного управління, що стає можливим за умови наявності налагодженої організації обліку незалежно від форм власності та обсягів діяльності, що обґрунтовує необхідність перегляду існуючих підходів до організації обліку, зокрема витрат на вирощування зернових культур. Робота присвячена розробці пропозицій та наданню практичних рекомендацій, що спрямовані на удосконалення теоретичних та організаційно-методичних положень обліку витрат на вирощування зернових культур The agricultural sector, due to a number of factors, remains one of the most promising sectors of the domestic economy. Among the main advantages are: a large amount of agricultural land, skilled labour, favourable natural conditions, high-quality fertile soil, state support for farmers, which provide Ukrainian agribusiness with a significant competitive advantage. One of the first places in terms of importance for the country's economy is occupied by the grain industry, which, given the events of recent years, has found itself in a rather difficult situation. Business entities are in dire need of state support, establishment of logistics, demining of fields and improvement of soil quality. Enterprises of the grain industry are engaged in the cultivation of grain crops. At the same time, very important in carrying out activities are the costs, which in the grain industry are divided into separate types: for preparing fields, sowing, fertilizing, harvesting and transporting and bringing to the proper condition for sale. At the same time, any activity is impossible without proper management, which becomes possible if there is a well-established organization of accounting, regardless of the form of ownership and volume of activity, which justifies the need to revise existing approaches to the organization of accounting, in particular the cost of growing grain crops.
