Об’єктом роботи є підприємства, що імплементують інноваційні проекти. Предметом роботи є процеси імплементації інноваційних проектів з використання систем комп’ютерного зору на машинобудівних підприємствах. Наукова новизна результатів роботи полягає у доповненні теоретичних, практичних складових систем управління інноваціями на машинобудівних підприємствах при імплементації технологій Індустрії 4.0, зокрема комп’ютерного зору. У кваліфікаційній роботі: У першому розділі розглянуто теоретичні основи впровадження інноваційних проектів на машинобудівних підприємствах. У другому розділі розглянута практика впровадження управління інноваційними проєктами з використанням систем комп’ютерного зору на машинобудівних підприємствах. У висновках та пропозиціях запропоновані рекомендації для підприємств по імплементації інноваційних проектів на підприємствах машинобудування. The main purpose of the work is to improve project activities for machine-building enterprises in the implementation of innovative projects on the example of the introduction of a computer vision system for assessing defects in welded joints. The object of the study is enterprises implementing innovative projects. The subject of the work is the processes of implementing innovative projects using computer vision systems at machine-building enterprises. The scientific novelty of the results of the work is to supplement the theoretical and practical components of innovation management systems at machine-building enterprises when implementing Industry 4.0 technologies, in particular computer vision. The qualification paper: The first section discusses the theoretical foundations of implementing innovative projects at machine-building enterprises. The second section discusses the practice of implementing innovation project management using computer vision systems at machine-building enterprises.
