Дослідження проведено на прикладі м’ясного ресторану «Мітерія». Проаналізовано фактори впливу на формування стратегії інноваційного розвитку закладів ресторанного бізнесу. Проведено аналіз фінансово-господарської діяльності діючого об’єкту ресторанного господарства Проведено SWOT-аналіз та PEST-аналіз підприємства. Розроблено інноваційну концепцію ресторану «Мітерія». Запропоновано впровадження стандартів ISO щодо подальшого розвитку ресторану «Мітерія» стратегії системи відповідності та підвищення конкурентоспроможності підприємства в галузі ресторанного бізнесу The article considers the mechanism of formation and implementation of the strategy of innovative development of restaurant business establishments, studies the issues of innovative development of restaurant enterprises in Ukraine. The study is carried out on the example of the meat restaurant “Miteriya”. The factors influencing the formation of a strategy for innovative development of restaurant business establishments are analyzed. The financial and economic activity of the existing restaurant business object is analyzed. SWOT-analysis and PEST-analysis of the enterprise are carried out. The innovative concept of the restaurant “Miteriya” is developed. The introduction of ISO standards for the further development of the restaurant “Miteriya” strategy of the compliance system and increase of competitiveness of the enterprise in the restaurant business is proposed. popup.nrat_date 2025-11-21 Close
