The qualification work considers the peculiarities of reforestation in the highland conditions of the Carpathians on the example of the Putyla Forestry State Enterprise. The natural and climatic conditions of the region are studied, the activities of the enterprise for the restoration of forest resources are analyzed, and the efficiency of using adaptive tree species, in particular European larch, is evaluated.
