Фактично інформаційне забезпечення у сучасних умовах є одним з ключовим елементом конкурентоспроможності підприємства. У кваліфікаційній роботі висвітлено підходи до трактування та сутність понять «інформація», «інформаційне забезпечення», «інформаційна система; класифіковано види та форми інформаційного забезпечення; досліджено особливості та правове регулювання інформаційного забезпечення міжнародної економічної діяльності підприємства; досліджено фінансово-економічну та зовнішньоекономічну діяльність ТОВ «УкрГазНафта» (організаційну побудову, фінансовий та економічний стан, стан міжнародної економічної діяльності); висвітлено міжнародну практику інформаційного забезпечення; проведено SWOT-аналіз інформаційного забезпечення ТОВ «УкрГазНафта»; надано рекомендації щодо покращення системи інформаційного забезпечення, головною з яких є впровадження програмного забезпечення HCL Notes, яке націлено на розвиток бізнес-процесів підприємства та управління інформаційним забезпеченням та захист від кіберзагроз. Зроблено висновок, що ефективне інформаційне забезпечення підприємства посилює його конкурентоспроможність на міжнародному ринку, тобто його міжнародну економічну діяльність. Globalization processes cause the rapid development of information technologies, which affects the communication components of the enterprise and is important in the implementation of its international economic activity. In fact, information provision in modern conditions is one of the key elements of an enterprise's competitiveness. Approaches to the interpretation and the essence of the concepts "information", "information support", "information system" are highlighted in the qualification work. types and forms of information support are classified; the peculiarities and legal regulation of information support of the international economic activity of the enterprise were investigated; financial, economic and foreign economic activity of UkrGazNafta LLC (organizational structure, financial and economic status, status of international economic activity) was investigated; the international practice of information provision is highlighted; a SWOT analysis of the information support of UkrGazNafta LLC was conducted; recommendations were made to improve the information support system, the main of which is the implementation of HCL Notes software, which is aimed at the development of the enterprise's business processes and information support management and protection against cyber threats.
