Об’єктом дослідження виступають процеси підвищення ефективності системи управління персоналом в організації. Предметом дослідження є теоретико-методичні та прикладні аспекти підвищення ефективності системи управління персоналом в організації. Наукова новизна результатів роботи полягає у: поглибленні вивчення методичних аспектів дослідження системи управління персоналом; виокремленні стратегічних напрямків підвищення ефективності системи управління персоналом в організації. У кваліфікаційній (бакалаврській) роботі: У першому розділі детально досліджені теоретико-методичні аспекти системи управління персоналом. У другому розділі проведена комплексна оцінка та визначені основні напрямки підвищення ефективності системи управління персоналом ТОВ «Інкотех». Висновки та пропозиції: практичне значення наукового дослідження полягає у тому, що основні положення, рекомендації, висновки та пропозиції, викладені у науковій роботі, можуть бути використані у подальшій управлінській діяльності ТОВ «Інкотех» з метою підвищення ефективності діючої системи управління персоналом в організації. The main goal of the qualification (bachelor's) work is the study of theoretical approaches, as well as the implementation of a comprehensive assessment and determination of directions for improving the effectiveness of the personnel management system in the organization. The object of research is the processes of improving the efficiency of the personnel management system in the organization. The subject of the study is the theoretical, methodological and applied aspects of improving the effectiveness of the personnel management system in the organization. The scientific novelty of the results of the work consists in: deepening the study of methodological aspects of the research of the personnel management system; identifying strategic directions for improving the effectiveness of the personnel management system in the organization. In the qualification (bachelor's) work: In the first chapter, the theoretical and methodological aspects of the personnel management system are studied in detail. In the second section, a comprehensive assessment was carried out and the main directions for improving the efficiency of the personnel management system of LLC "Incotech" were determined. Conclusions and proposals: the practical significance of the scientific research is that the main provisions, recommendations, conclusions and proposals presented in the scientific work can be used in the further management activities of LLC "Incotech" in order to improve the effectiveness of the existing personnel management system in the organization. popup.nrat_date 2025-11-21 Close
