Ефективне управління запасами дозволяє підприємству знизити витрати на зберігання, оптимізувати виробничі потоки та підвищити конкурентоспроможність. Формування стратегії управління запасами є надзвичайно важливим завданням для забезпечення стабільної роботи підприємства. В роботі розглянуто теоретичні основи формування стратегії управління запасами; проведено аналіз стану управління запасами, а також розроблено стратегію управління запасами виробничого підприємства. Пропозиції та рекомендації, що подані в роботі, дозволять підприємствам самостійно здійснювати управління запасів підприємства; проводити SWOT-аналіз системи управління запасами, а також в рамках обраних стратегій обґрунтувати параметри моделей управління запасами. Сформульовані в кваліфікаційній роботі теоретичні узагальнення та практичні рекомендації спрямовані на процес розробки стратегії управління запасами виробничого підприємства. Inventories are an important element of the activity of manufacturing enterprises, as they ensure uninterrupted production processes and satisfaction of demand for products. Effective inventory management allows the enterprise to reduce storage costs, optimize production flows and increase competitiveness. Formation of inventory management strategy is an extremely important task for ensuring stable operation of the enterprise.The paper examines the theoretical foundations of stock management strategy formation; an analysis of the state of stock management was carried out, and a stock management strategy of the production enterprise was developed. The proposals and recommendations presented in the work will allow enterprises to independently manage the company's stocks; conduct a SWOT analysis of the inventory management system, as well as justify the parameters of the inventory management models within the framework of the selected strategies.The theoretical generalizations and practical recommendations formulated in the qualification work are aimed at the process of developing the inventory management strategy of the manufacturing enterprise. popup.nrat_date 2025-11-21 Close
