Об’єктом дослідження є процес формування та реалізації управління конкурентоспроможністю підприємства шляхом диверсифікації діяльності. Предметом дослідження є теоретичні, науково-методичні та практичні аспекти управління конкурентоспроможністю підприємства шляхом диверсифікації діяльності. Наукова новизна результатів роботи полягає в розробці методичних підходів до управління конкурентоспроможністю підприємства шляхом диверсифікації діяльності. В результаті дисертаційного дослідження отримані наступні основні результати, що характеризуються новизною: виявлені конкурентні переваги, фактори і резерви підвищення конкурентоспроможності підприємств, обумовлені сучасними особливостями їх побудови і управління ними як складними інтегрованими структурами; запропоновано і обґрунтовано поняття «диверсифікація діяльності», яким позначається особлива характеристика конкурентоспроможності, побудованої на комплексі якісних конкурентних переваг; обґрунтовано значущість засад диверсифікації діяльності конкурентоспроможності підприємства. Сформовані напрями диверсифікації діяльності підприємства; запропоновані науково-практичні рекомендації щодо обґрунтування впливу диверсифікації діяльності на конкурентоспроможність ДП ДГ «Елітне». The main purpose of the qualification work is substantiation of theoretical provisions, determination of methodological approaches and development of practical recommendations for managing the competitiveness of the enterprise through diversification of activities. The object of research is the process of formation and implementation of enterprise competitiveness management through diversification of activities. The subject of research is theoretical, scientific-methodical and practical aspects of managing the competitiveness of the enterprise through diversification of activities. The scientific novelty of the work results consists in the development of methodical approaches to the management of the competitiveness of the enterprise through the diversification of activities. As a result of the dissertation research, the following main results, which are characterized by novelty, were obtained:  identified competitive advantages, factors and reserves for increasing the competitiveness of enterprises, due to the modern features of their construction and management as complex integrated structures;  the concept of «diversification of activity» is proposed and substantiated, which denotes a special characteristic of competitiveness built on a complex of qualitative competitive advantages;  the significance of the principles of diversification of the enterprise's competitiveness is substantiated.
