У роботі наведено характеристику теоретичних засад конкурентоспроможного дизайну готелів і ресторанів, розглянуто інновації, екологічні тренди та відповідність сучасним стандартам. Представлено аналітичну характеристику готелю «Цісар» (м. Львів) та загальні принципи облаштування інтер’єрів приміщень готелю. На основі проведеного аналізу запропоновано розробку концептуального підходу до зміни інтер’єру готелів, заснованого на моніторингу показників якості оздоблювальних матеріалів. Також у роботі представлено дослідження шпалер ТМ «Слов’янські шпалери», зроблено висновки щодо їх показників якості та розроблено проекти рішення щодо застосування шпалер у номерах готелю. Результати досліджень дадуть можливість зробити свідомий обгрунтований висновок щодо вибору виду матеріалу та виробника при розробці проекту ремонту готелю. The qualification work is devoted to the study of directions and methods of improving the arrangement of interiors in the hotel and restaurant industry by conducting preliminary studies of the quality of samples of the necessary construction and finishing materials, identical in purpose, but produced by different manufacturers. The work provides a description of the theoretical foundations of competitive hotel and restaurant design, considers innovations, environmental trends and compliance with modern standards. An analytical characteristic of the hotel "Tsisar" (Lviv) and general principles of interior decoration of hotel premises are presented. Based on the analysis, the development of a conceptual approach to changing the interior of hotels, based on monitoring the quality indicators of finishing materials, is proposed. The work also presents a study of wallpapers TM "Slavic Wallpapers", conclusions are drawn regarding their quality indicators and draft solutions for the use of wallpapers in hotel rooms are developed. The results of the research will make it possible to make a conscious, well-founded conclusion regarding the choice of the type of material and manufacturer when developing a hotel renovation project. popup.nrat_date 2025-11-21 Close
