Джерелами інформації для підготовки обзору виступили публікації із академічних баз даних : Web of Science, Science-Direct, Scopus, GoogleScholar. Проведене дослідження засноване на офіційній інформації, що публікується міжнародними організаціями: Всесвітньої туристської організації (UNWTO), Всесвітньої ради з туризму та подорожей (WTTC), Організації об'єднаних націй (ООН). Висновки. Наукову цінність даної роботи складає сукупність наступних результатів теоретико-методологічного та практичного характеру: досліджено вплив блокчейн і криптовалюти на розвиток готельної галузі і туристської сфери діяльності; вивчено досвід застосування 3D моделювання в підготовці кадрів для індустрії туризму і гостинності в сучасних умовах; досліджено франчайзинг у готельній індустрії: сутність і тенденції розвитку; вивчено переваги і сутність розробки та впровадження програм лояльності як стратегія підвищення якості обслуговування у готельній індустрії; досліджено і проаналізовано представлення бізнес-процесів готельних комплексів операторними схемами; досліджено проблеми розвитку інфраструктури гастрономічного туризму (з прикладу Ліону (Франція), як одного із перспективних туристичних напрямів); вивчено заходи антикризового розвитку підприємств гостинності та громадського харчування; досліджено особливості споживчого поведінки різних поколінь на сучасному ринку готельних послуг; обґрунтовано напрями розвитку WELLNESS-послуги на туристичному і готельному ринках: тенденції і проблеми розвитку. The purpose of the study is to study modern trends in the development of the tourism industry, hotel and restaurant business, namely theoretical positions in the field of digital (electronic) tourism and determining the impact of information technologies on the development of international tourism. The sources of information for the preparation of the review were publications from academic databases: Web of Science, Science-Direct, Scopus, GoogleScholar. The conducted research is based on official information published by international organizations: the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO), the World Travel and Tourism Council (WTTC), the United Nations (UN). Conclusions. The scientific value of this work is the set of the following results of a theoretical, methodological and practical nature: the impact of blockchain and cryptocurrency on the development of the hotel industry and the tourism sector has been studied; the experience of using 3D modeling in training personnel for the tourism and hospitality industry in modern conditions has been studied; franchising in the hotel industry has been studied: the essence and development trends; the advantages and essence of developing and implementing loyalty programs as a strategy for improving the quality of service in the hotel industry have been studied; the representation of business processes of hotel complexes by operator diagrams has been studied; the problems of developing the infrastructure of gastronomic tourism have been studied (using the example of Lyon (France), as one of the promising tourist destinations); measures for the anti-crisis development of hospitality and catering enterprises were studied; the features of consumer behavior of different generations in the modern hotel services market were investigated; the directions of development of WELLNESS services in the tourist and hotel markets were substantiated: trends and problems of development. popup.nrat_date 2025-11-21 Close
