За результатами аналізу встановлено, що загальна площа підприємства постійно змінювалась за рахунок прийняття та передачі іншим землекористувачам. Серед вкритих лісовою рослинністю переважають дубова та соснова господарські секції, але їх частка в загальному розподілі постійно зменшується за рахунок інших порід. В віковій структурі переважають середньовікові деревостани, яка не відповідає оптимальному розподілу. Аналіз динаміки середніх таксаційних показників вказав на ріст середнього запасу, та запасу стиглих і перестійних деревостанів, а також середнього віку, в той час коли середня зміна запасу має зворотну тенденцію. Використання лісорослинного потенціалу лісових земель складає в середньому 63-66 %, що в певній мірі призводить до економічних втрат. На основі проведеного аналізу зроблено висновки та надано рекомендації, з метою усунення певних недоліків. Abstract: the final bachelor's thesis is devoted to the study of the current state and dynamics of forest background indicators in the "Zhovtneve LG" branch for the period from 1970 to 2022. According to the results of the analysis, it was established that the total area of the enterprise was constantly changing due to acceptance and transfer to other land users. Among those covered with forest vegetation, oak and pine economic sections predominate, but their share in the overall distribution is constantly decreasing at the expense of other species. The age structure is dominated by medieval stands, which does not correspond to the optimal distribution. The analysis of the dynamics of the average tax indicators indicated the growth of the average stock, and the stock of mature and stagnant stands, as well as the average age, while the average change in the stock has a reverse trend. The utilization of forest vegetation potential of forest lands is on average 63-66%, which to some extent leads to economic losses.
